Welcome to AmoudoTravel. By accessing our website and using our travel booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Reservations

To secure your booking for any multi-day tour or private day trip, a deposit is required at the time of reservation. The exact deposit amount depends on the selected itinerary and group size. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour or on the day of departure (as specified in your booking confirmation).

2. Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is designed to protect both our guests and our local operators. If you need to cancel your trip, the following guidelines apply:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the tour start date: Full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior: 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days prior: Deposits are non-refundable.

3. Changes to Itineraries

AmoudoTravel reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, routes, or accommodations due to weather conditions, safety precautions, road closures, or other unforeseen events. We will always strive to offer equivalent alternatives.

4. Travel Insurance

It is a condition of booking with AmoudoTravel that all passengers hold adequate travel insurance. Your insurance should cover personal injury, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, flight delays, and trip cancellations. AmoudoTravel is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

5. Limitation of Liability

AmoudoTravel acts as an intermediary organizer for transport, lodging, and guiding services. While we work only with licensed and vetted local operators, we are not liable for personal accidents, luggage loss, delays, or physical injury caused by third-party suppliers.
